First unit lasted a day and started to make a loud thinking noise. Warranty support sent a new unit. Unit only lasted a month or so past warranty. Control board melted.

The installation was very simple and user friendly. This product can be set up by anyone. The instructions are very detailed, and the air conditioner has dropped the rooms temperature significantly within ten minutes of it running.

Have had a couple of these before and they have all worked great. This was a replacement for a unit that had broke down finally after 4 years of continuous service. If I didn't have confidence in Tripp Lite products, I wouldn't be buying them again. Great service, techs, and products.

As many have said, these will only last a couple of years and then you basically have to fill a landfill with them. It would be a great product if replacement parts were available for them.

This product needs to have aluminum blowers (not plastic) and a replaceable control board. Parts that are easy to replace. Having to replace often isn't good for environment
