Q: Can this be assembled with three sides enclosed and then secure the open side to a house where there is an open window to allow cats to access the cage from inside the house?

This product is not fully constructed for the outdoor elements. We installed one for a customer a year ago and just had to replace all 6 perches, because the cheap plywood was rotten. The company who makes them should know better, unless they live in CA where it doesn’t rain.

Had a damaged part that we had to repair on our own. It was easier for us to repair it than to repack the item and return it since it is over 100 pounds.
