I used it in both my ears and it didn't stop the ringing or alarm that I hear constantly. I was really looking for some relief...Oh well win some lose some

I had tinnitis in my right ear and could not hear out of it. I don't know what this did but I now can hear out of it, and I hadn't heard anything out of it for years, and it definitely helped my tinnitis!!
