Took these twice and had stomach pains both times. Didn't seem to produce any calming effect. Threw them out.

I e use this product for years. It calms anxiety and in bed it helps with sleep, but during the day it doesn’t make you sleepy.

My husband is a veteran and this helps. In fifteen minutes or less. I buy it for other people too and the feedback is always the same. Don't know why it works and don't care. Much cheaper here at Swanson than anywhere---and about half the price of stores, hallelujah.

this product was very effective in calming me and helping me get back to sleep after awakening in the night. however, it contains valerian, an herb which irritates my bladder. i have since found another Swanson's product that has all the amino acids in true calm but doesn't have valerian and am going to try that.

I purchased True Calm for my daughter. I wasn't sure how effective an 'herbal' remedy might be, but I have been hopefully optimistic. True Calm seems to help her focus better, she is not so easily irritated and her stress level seems to be a bit lower. All good signs that this product may be helping her! Thank you!

I have been looking for something to calm me down I have a busy work schedule and stress at home as well. I have been taking this for 2 weeks and I think it is calming me. I had a particulaly stress filled day last week, with a doctors appointment and then my car decided to stop running - and remarkably I stayed calm. So yes I think it works very well
