A: Hi there, yes! The internal construction of the mattresses is the same. The Signature mattress is the previous generation of the Tuft and Needle Original 9.5 inch mattress. The only difference is the cover of the mattress. We hope this helps!

Our mattress works on platform beds, standard box springs, slatted bed frames (so long as the slats are no more than 5 inches apart), and adjustable bases.
