This is an item that I repurchased after emptying my other one that I bought a year ago. Unfortunately, this one seems to be a new formula or I received a defective one? It does not glow nearly as much as the first one I bought last year, and it does not give the cooling sensation really at all. Without those two components, this item is useless.

I bought this primarily to brighten my eye area, and this product does not disappoint. I use it over my eye cream and facial moisturizer, and it goes on beautifully. I like putting it on my finger first and then dabbing it both under my eyes and then on the lids up to the brow bone. It gives a subtle highlight and makes my eyes appear refreshed and wide awake. I highly recommend this eye balm.

If you have darker skin tone it will show up as white, but its easy to blend. It feels okay ive had other products were the 'cooling' effect was better, but honestly i dont think it did anything to my under eyes 🤷🏽♀️ i wouldnt waste my money in this.

I'm a fan of some Tula products, but this one is a big letdown. It feels like it's cooling when I first apply it, but that's all. It's not moisturizing. It does not brighten the eye area. It is a big waste of money.

Love the way it instantly gives my face a glow up. Look more awake and refreshed instantly. The cool sensation can be a bit aggressive if your skin has a breakdown or is extra sensitive and has to be used under makeup. Not compatible to put it on after a foundation.

Love this eye balm! It has a slight tingle, in a good way. And it has a slight sheen pink color. It's the perfect balm at the end of the day. It makes you eyes look brighter pretty immediately. I am a big fan of this! I love how easy it is to travel with too and your hands don't get messy. You use every last bit too with it being in a tube. I love having this eye balm on hand. Even when you're super tired it's the easiest skin care product to use.
