Feels cheap. Slides around. So light weight that it barely has enough weight to lay flat.

This rug, once unrolled was rippled and crooked from being so tightly rolled for so long in its pkg. we tried hanging it for several days and laying it flat but it will not relax. It is also very thin and stiff. Will be returning for a better quality hall runner. Shame because the pattern is nice.

Thank you for your feedback and we're sorry that your rug arrived with creases. A few solutions that help to reduce creases are 1) Back rolling/reverse rolling the rug. Unroll the carpet and roll it up again in the opposite direction. To keep it secure, place heavy furniture on the rug while back-rolled/reverse-rolled to keep it from unraveling. (Leave it back rolled for 1-3 days). 2) Vacuum over the creases. 3) Brush the pile in the correct direction. 4) Place the rug on a hard flat floor instead of a carpet while it relaxes. (1-2 weeks). The runner rug is beautiful, brightness up the dark hallway and is easy to vacuum (Roomba has no issues when cleaning it), Very easy to roll out and lays flat on the ground the more you walk over it and put a couple of heavy boxes on the edges for the first to keep it down.
