The design is nice but the texture is pretty bad and low quality. The carpet is very thin and not pleasant to stand on without shoes.

The color in person wasn't as shown online, had more blue in it then grey. Also was delivered extremely wrinkled and kinked. I tried to see if it would flatten out over a couple of days and it didn't so I plan on returning.

Thank you for your feedback and we're sorry that your rug has creases/wrinkles, and the color is not as expected. A few solutions that help to reduce creases/wrinkles are 1) Back rolling/reverse rolling the rug. Unroll the carpet and roll it up again in the opposite direction. To keep it secure, place heavy furniture on the rug while back-rolled/reverse-rolled to keep it from unraveling. (Leave it back rolled for 1-3 days). 2) Vacuum over the creases. 3) Brush the pile in the correct direction. 4) Place the rug on a hard flat floor instead of a carpet while it relaxes. (1-2 weeks). You get what you pay for. The rug feels very cheap and it has several folds and wrinkles after unrolling it. Doesn’t lay flat. Also not padded so it’s not comfortable to walk over and slides across floors.
