I have been taking Schwartz Turmeric Curcumin for the past three years. I have tried 3 other brands and Schwartz is by far the best! Several years ago I started having cramps in my hands, especially when I was knitting. I had heard about turmeric/curcumin being helpful. Determined to give it a real try, I began by taking one in the morning, and one in the evening every day for a month. After 3 weeks I no longer had that pain. Now I just take one/day.

I had read about turmeric for its anti-inflammatory uses and talked to my doc about it. They wanted me to take Mobic instead since it would be better. After time on Mobic, my kidney numbers went the wrong way, so I suggested trying turmeric again and the doc agreed. I went with Bioschwartz because their mix had pepper, necessary for absorption, and I’ve been happy ever since. My kidney numbers are good again and I couldn’t be happier! On days when I have extra aching, I can have another dose at night.
