Q: How do you get the squeegee head to lay flat?

A: Pushing the button does not work. I have asked several people to try it also but it doesn't budge. And yes, we all tried holding in the button but it doesn't seem to move at all.
submitted byLala - 2 years agoA: There is a large button placed at the head of the squeegee. When pushed, it allows the user to adjust the head in many directions; including flat.

Q: How do you get the long handle to lock into position? It just releases to the long length when any pressure is put on the head.

A: When extending or retracting the handle from the squeegee head, hold the head in place and turn the handle to the right to lock it in position.

Q: this is a great design, but how do you get it to rotate. It's a waste of money since i can't use it when the handle is parallel to the other part.

A: Hi Gabe, Thanks for your purchase and question. At the top of the pole neck (just prior to the squeegee head), there are 2 round pieces on opposite sides. Those 2 circles, when squeezed together, release the "lock" of the squeegee and will allow you to rotate the squeegee head to various angles. Q: I bought this item but can't figure out how to lower the squeegee attachment, right now it just stays straight against the pole rather than being perpendicular so I can't use it. How can I fix this?

A: Thank you for your inquiry. There is a button located near the top of the squeegee/sponge head. This button must be pushed down to change the angle of the head and released to lock it in place. Please let us know if you still have any issues.

Its a terrible design. Rubber is incredibly hard and doesn’t scrape flat and leaves a lot of fluid behind. The telescopic handle doesn’t lock after first usage

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. This thing is a piece of junk. There is no way to lock the handle once you extend it. The squeegee part is so hard, it’s useless. It leaves most of the cleaner on the window and on the places it does “work” it leaves scratches. DO NOT buy this.

I want to start by saying, that squeegee doesn’t completely remove all of the water ! It scratched a customer’s windshield! It’s beyond useless!! It did more harm than good. I would return it, but i lost the original tags & receipt. $10 Down the dang drain. Do NOT BUY!!! Should’ve looked up the reviews before throwing $10 bucks away. Lesson learned.

I bought it today and everything fell apart. I cleaned 4 windows and that’s all. Omg I’m so mad. Is cheap but the quality is just not fair. I’m going to return it to the store.

I thought it would work , the handle seemed study even when extended. Then I tried to clean the windows. The  squeegee part is rigid and not even, there was gaps that left streaks

The handle broke during first use. So not a telescopic handle any longer although it had a nice reach for the first 5 minutes. The squeegee blade is leaving lots of water behind, even when wiping the blade is between. I'm now back to using my old squeegee that is disintegrating after years of use. Because the new one was just $10 wasted.

Echoing what some other reviewers have mentioned: telescoping pole is light and great for extra reach; rubber is not very flexible, so the edges don't make contact & leave 1" streaks on either side; lack of flexibility also means you lose some contact at the bottom of the window, leaving a 2-3" gap. Otherwise about what I expected for the money.

I don’t get the negative reviews on this one. It is only ten bucks and did a phenomenal job cleaning my basement floor after a small flood. The squeegee went flat to the cement and I was able to get the Bob done in probably a quarter of the time. I love that the handle extends, so I didn’t have to be on the ground to use it.

Like that the head can swivel and it can be shortened for easy storage. Good for reaching the high areas on windows and large vehicle windshields. So far so good. Handle is aluminum so lightweight however it may not be ideal for vigorous cleaner/tough scrub job. Worked well for windows and windshields. Need to see how long it lasts before I could give it 5 stars. Maybe replacement head could be a future option?

You get what you pay for but it did the job. It is not sturdy at all. I had to keep tightening the length adjuster and the sponge does not stay secured.
