The Turtle Wax Hack

After washing and rinsing (per instruction), you should apply another layer of this foam solution onto the car (do not rinse), and just just keep rubbing with your cleaning brush until the vehicle is dry (take about 20 minutes). This eliminates spots, and leaves the vehicle very shinny. The result is spectacular, and forms a very effective protection against tree sap. What is also amazing is that even after exposing to rain, there will be no visible spots.

Been using this soap for a while. I find the suds stay much longer than the Meguirs soap I previously used also leaves a decent shine so I’m not using my rapid detailed as often. This is now my go to car shampoo.

Doesn’t dry spot free! Car was in the shade, not hot/warm to touch. Washed and rinsed sections one at a time. Then did final rinse. New car. So frustrated. Spots!!!!!

I don't waste my valuable time on doing things to an automobile for house. They have machines nowadays which wash your car. When I hose out my backyard, I sometimes wash my car, cause it is there and I already got the hose out. You should not use dish soap or similar, but automotive wash, TURTLE WAX ZIP WAX is not only the right 'tool for the job', it adds the benefit or a certain degree of 'wax. The instructions are vague (1oz does not fit the cap, 'per bucket' - well, what size???). But it works as designed. After quick wash and rinse, I use TURTLE WAX WAX & DRY. By the time I put the hose away, I simply wipe the car with a microfiber towel (no rubbing required), it turns out clean, dry and this chemical even smells good.
Good for bikes too

Bought this as an alternative to dedicated spray bottle motorcycle cleaners, first time I used a concentrate and bucket of water shampoo. I am pleased with the results although two cap fulls instead of 1 would be more adequate. The finish is brilliant although it took a bit more elbow grease to get the built up dirt (hence why I think 2 cap fulls would do the job better). Overall impressed with the product and would definitely be cheaper in the long run as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Zip Wash and Wax is the only thing I've ever used on my car! My car is now 10 years old and due to steady routine cleaning it has kept it's shine and rust free. The best way I've found is to pour a cap full onto a large sponge and then dunk the sponge into a bucket of water - wipe every clean. Rinse from top to bottom! Even works well on Chrome wheels to get the surface dirt off. I honestly believe having a routine for your car cleaning is best and I don't think I'll ever use any other wash!
Beads water well.

I have use this product for decades and still it the best results of any products out there in my opinion. I have tried several brands and Zip always makes the car cleaner and provides a better shine than the other car wash products.. I use it in a 5gallon bucket about 1/3 filled with water, add zip wax, then hit the mixture with my Jet setting on my nozzle to make product suds up and properly mix prior to using a soft mitt to wash and apply Zip wax to a cold, in the shade finish. Remember to wet the surface first and paint must be cool to the touch. Rinse thoroughly and repeat rinse if soap runs off of other areas to your cleaned panel. I always chamois the complete clean car. REMEMBER, water spots are generated by the quality of the rinse water.. A filtered water will provide less spots but you should always dry your car off before the water dries on its own. I also like micro fiber towels to get a clean, clear shine after washing.

Haven't used this yet, but am annoyed that it tells you how much product to use, but not how much water. 'A bucket' is a little vague. For something that could potentially leave residue on your car, this should be specified.
Remember this has wax in it

I've read a few reviews and what's not included in the summary of the product is how to deal with a wash and wax in one. First, avoid direct sunlight. This is the number one culprit for spotting. Next you'd want to wash area by area, not the whole car at once. After washing with your selected tool and rinsing, you need to use a microfiber cloth to spread out the wax in a circular motion and to suck up the water. This will spread out the spots and form a nice smooth and protective layer of wax over your vehicle. Try to avoid your windows. Hope this clears us the spotting issue for everyone

Used product as recommended, hosed down before and afterwards, and dried off with a Kent cloth. Excellent cleaning power. Hopefully the wax finish will last a few weeks. Glass seems clear so far, but as I use a combined cleaner and rain repellent every 3 months or so, it won’t be an issue. Saves a lot of time and fuss, so happy.

I was actually in a search for some glass stains removal product and I found this Website with this reviews and since I am using this product for 4 and half years with supreme results I decided to write a review. I bought this product at a local Auto parts shop, didn't even knew this is a Trademark product at that time. I just went for a big bottle XD. Now I want to point out why I think this product is supreme. First I live in EU in very urban city area and I cannot rinse my car. The fact that I abuse this product: I wash my entire car with only 3 x 8liter buckets of water and don't rinse and I get supreme results is amazing. I don't use two buckets method or grits remover, just single bucket with microfiber cloth you can buy in any store XD. And results are astonishing indeed. It takes me around 15 min for my small car and 20 min for my CC and after they are washed with this product they look almost brand new and rain is repelled for next 7 days . I noticed some other people reviews who reported stains. I can confirm on my metallic black car no stains whatsoever. I think you are putting to much shampoo in your bucket. I use only 2/3ds of bottle cap per bucket. One thing that I want to point out is even if this product is superb for painted parts of car, DO NOT USE IT ON GLASS surfaces. Over time it will leave wax white cloudy residue on windows and you will have problem seeing at night through this. Just use Glass specific product for glass surfaces and Zip wax on everything else and you are good to go. This is easiest, best way to wash your car (way better than Automated car wash or Car wash shops which never wash it perfectly) Cheers to guys from Turtle Wax who engineered this product it is amazing and saved me a lot of time already. Now when I think I actually use another product of yours for my beige nappa leather interior that produces effortless great results, and that deserves another review. Best regards, Andrej
Worst product ever!
