My bedspread arrived appearing used -- it billowed dirt and smelled bad. I should have returned it immediately, hoping I would be believed that it had arrived this way. However, I made the mistake of washing it, which made it more non-returnable. I washed it SEVEN times and it still smells, so I will have to discard it.
