This bed is very pretty, but is not of the best construction. I've purchased other furniture from Target that I am very pleased with, so was very surprised to find that most of the parts (screws, dowels, etc.) for this bed are plastic. It will serve our immediate needs, but if I ever move out of my house, it will go straight to the curb as it is not sturdy enough to actually be moved, and would probably be hazardous in a new location.

This bed assembly takes 2 people and about 3 hours to assemble. It's just OK quality, you get what you pay for. One draw front was completely drilled wrong. We had to drill new holes and improvise. We also had to patch 2 holes in the draw front. We should have sent it back but we were on a deadline to finish our granddaughter's bedroom.

This is a pretty good bed for the price. We have our granddaughter spend one night a week with us and wanted a bed with a place to put her clothes. The drawers don't slide easily but if we are careful, they go back in. It wasn't too difficult to put together.

This bed came in a flimsy box and the bed parts were broken and chip. I actually had hope this was a one off issue and returned it and ordered it again. Nope, same problem. Second one returned as well.
