I gave this mini duvet set four stars because after washing the duvet on gentle, the string to keep the comforter from moving around inside came off. And it was stitched on. Aside from that, I have a queen bed and it fits perfectly. It’s also cat friendly. My cat has made her “morning biscuits” on this duvet every morning for a few weeks and there are no signs of her claws pulling up the stitching anywhere. The material itself is soft and comfortable, will definitely keep using.

I was really excited about the “waffle” description on this duvet set and thought it would be great for our guest room bed. When I received the product, it had a horrible chemical/plasticy smell right out of the package that mostly went away in the wash. We have bought lots of bedding over the years from other brands and this has never happened to us before. I was also disappointed in the “waffle” texture - it feels very synthetic and doesn’t actually look “waffled” close up. Even after a wash the fabric/material is not comfortable on the “waffle” side and the backing isn’t much better. The color is nice and it looks fine from far away, but I certainly wouldn’t want this specific design on my own bed and will not be putting it out for my guests.

The two shams are very nice and easy to stuff. I put this set in my guest room and it looks great on the bed. I’m a big fan of polka dots. The tonal, textured dot design on this set give a nog to that while being a little more modern and sophisticated. In all, I would recommend this set to dress up that old comforter and give any bedroom a facelift.

Not a true waffle weave. The whole thing is polyester, and the “microfiber” lining is so sheer it might as well be a shower liner.

The duvet cover fits my queen-size comforter perfectly and has buttons and corner ties inside to keep it in place. The pillowcases open in the middle without buttons or zippers, which I really like. Overall, it looks very pretty and adds a nice touch to my bedroom.

The color is a medium grey that works in all seasons and with a nice range of colors. The inside of the duvet cover has ties to attach it to your insert, which is great. My only complaint is that the fabric snagged about thirty seconds after I put it in my bed—was smoothing it out and it caught on my fingernail (which wasn’t broken or rough).

I really love this duvet, high quality and beautiful. I just washed it but I have no idea how I’m supposed to get my king comforter inside the duvet. Any suggestions? There are two very small openings at the bottom on the duvet. Is there a video tutorial or hack I’m not aware of?
