Microplush Bed Blanket - Threshold™

I bought the color Pine to go with our color shceme and when I say this is the PERFECT match - im not exagerating! Greens are sometimes hard to color match as there are blue undertones, grey, even more yellow ~ this Pine color is a true tone forest green *chefs kiss* I have a king sized bed and the fit is a little oversized so thats great for really snuggling in the blanket. Washes great, no shed or pilling. Just overall great quality.

Green color is nicely saturated while quality thickness is light is warm and cozy at night layered with other layers during colder evenings but just right on its on for nap time or a regular evening. Only downside was this color for some reason sheds after wash and color dulls up by 15%. Not terrible about the color fade but that it sheds was a little disappointing. I own another in plum color but didn't see it shed after wash like the green. I still recommend but just don't buy full price if getting this color. Target: you might want to look into this. Hope is improved for your next season.

Would give zero stars if possible. Washed as instructed before we used it and started to shred immediately. Got all over everything in the laundry room and still cleaning it up. Never used it. Do not buy.

I wish I had read the reviews. I purchase all my bedding from Target and Target brands and I have NEVER had one shedding this much! The clothes I sleep in have lint and passed into my quilt and pillows! Terrible quality.

So soft and cozy! I got the light grey and the color is beautiful. I washed it before use and the material felt just as soft after. I added it on top of our comforter for some added warmth.

I am not sure why people are struggling so much with shedding. It does shed slightly in the wash the first time. I wash it on warm and dry on low heat. I bought the forest green one a few months ago and loved it so much I went back for the blush colored one! I don't struggle at all with lint. I also use very gentle detergent and no softener. Maybe that makes a difference....? I would highly recommend and will 100% buy again when mine wears out.

It's warm and color is exact but it "pills"excessively, even after multiple washes and leaves "fur balls" all over sheets, comforter and pajamas.

Given as a gift. It was washed following the instructions on the product. It looks terrible. It's full of fuzz.

This material sheds terribly. I’ve washed it a few times to try to stop it and it just continues shedding. Very poor quality material.

Item itself is very comfortable and warm but boy oh boy, it a a lot of lint!! Washing it didn’t help either, as it just put lint all the other clothes I washed it with!

I noticed a lot of people gave this blanket such poor reviews because of shedding issues. I've never had this issue and I've owned this blanket for over a year. I think they released a defective batch. This is the softest and most comfortable blanket I've ever owned. I can't recommend it enough. It's held its color even after multiple washes and I've never had issues with shedding.

This blanket is soft but sheds so much. I have washed and dried it twice and it continues to shed. There are many other microplush blankets out that do not shed.

Unfortunately, I did not read the reviews to see all the problems people have had with washing. Mine is a few weeks old (purchased Dec, 2024) and looks awful in one side. Matted down from washing to get all the lint off so I could use. (Lighting was not great in my photos. That is the same blanket. It’s the dark charcoal color.)

Washed blanket & dried as recommended, pilling is a problem.

Have washed it 3 times and it continues to shed profusely all over the place.

After the first wash and dry it shed fuzz like crazy. Will be returning.

Let’s be honest, after the first wash, yes it shed profusely. Yes I became best friends with my vacuum and roomba, and YES my patience was tested. Once that shedding finally stopped, this blanket became a blessing! It’s soooooo soft and fluffy. The color is perfection. I recently washed it again and 0 shedding. So if you believe you have the patience and persistence to endure the beginning horrors , do not hesitate to purchase this bad boy! You will not regret it.

Purchased for my husbands birthday, and it ruined a lot of our laundry with excessive shedding upon the first wash.
