the fabric is silk-like and feels nice. but there is absolutely zero stretch to it. would be fine for a child's head. I am an average sized female with an average sized head, for what that's worth. also due to the sleek fabric, even if you're fine with the ensuing migraine you'll inevitably get wearing it, it won't stay on your head anyway. not recommended whatsoever.
