Q: do they contain bits or is it a smooth drink? my husband loves the yougurts but with drink ones doesn't like bits in there.

Taste is not very good. They are also “part of” the B Corp Movement. I’m personally not a fan of my yogurts being part of any movements.

This says “no artificial sweetener” on the front but it does have stevia. I could have read the ingredients more closely but I thoroughly did not enjoy this.

I love that it has purée fruit in it with not a lot of sodium. No sugar added is a big bonus, but it’s still has kind of a lot of calories in it for a 7 ounce bottle. At least they’re not artificial sugars so that’s a very big plus in my book. I would enjoy these every day for breakfast or lunch and I would recommend these to my family and friends and what I am again.

My only problem is I have a hard time getting it open because of the wrapper. The wrapper is cool and contains the perfect amount of nutritional information I look for when looking for a healthy, high protein, low calorie bottled smoothie. Its consistency is great! It’s not too thick or thin and is easy to drink. I love it so much!
