Electrical Problems with Insert

No issue with the mantle, looks nice for the price. Firebox manufactured by SEI started turning off after a week. They sent another and it would not even turn on. Emailed again and they stopped communicating. #800 is non working. I will now go to Target to find out if they will assist, hoping they’ll discount my original purchase because I’m keeping the mantle. In the meantime I ordered a Puraflame insert and it’s wonderful, much nicer than the SEI unit. Recommend, yes on mantle, hopefully you’ll get a working firebox.

Very easy to assemble with good directions and extra hardware. The faux marble is actually particle board covered in a shiny faux marble wrap. Looks great though. It is very sturdy. The electric fireplace works perfectly looks very realistic. We were very happy with the purchase.
