Q: Can you change the color with your phone? and how do you connect it to your Bluetooth? can you like have it soo when your music playing it'll go with the music

A: Hi Lucretia - Thanks for reaching out! You can change colors with the included dial controller. Simply rotate the dial to change the colors. Additionally, there is a Mode button to adjust the lighting affect. This particular kit does not have Bluetooth connectivity or Music Mode; those features are offered with some of our other LED kits not sold at Target.

Q: When I tested it both strips were the same color. Now that I ran the wires and installed it the strips will not light up the same color. Why?

i was so excited for this product. the set up is super simple, just plug and stick. make sure you know where you want to stick them because once you try to move them, they no longer stick. the wires are annoyingly long and hard to hide, but i got it figure out. the real issue is that these only lasted about 4-6 weeks. one of the lights went out and then about a week later, the second light went out.

Hi Janufairy, Thank you for sharing your experience. Truth be told, we do use very high-grade adhesive on our light strips because we don't want them falling off in/on vehicles (or in your cabinet!). The lights should DEFINITELY last longer than 4-6 weeks, perhaps there were a couple of damaged diodes. Hi Catherinemeg - Thanks for reaching out about your experience. In our user manual, we recommend thoroughly cleaning the installation surface area with rubbing alcohol. It's imperative to remove dirt, dust, and greasy substances (like ArmorAll) prior to installation. We give consumers plenty of cord in order to more conveniently place lighting in desired areas. The excess cord can be bound with a cable tie, or electrical tape and hidden within the paneling, or footwell area. We list 2 x 4” LED light strips on both packaging and the webpage. I was really excited to buy this since my old LEDs went out in my truck. But when I got the set up and turned the dial to adjust the color the one strand stops matching the color with the dial and other one. Now the strand is only half lit. I’m so extremely disappointed.

Overall the lights were very bright which is awesome! BUT it’s a total waste of money, they are extremely short, the directions were not helpful. The adhesive doesn’t last more then a few days. I was so excited to try this out but was left very disappointed.

I took a while to figure out the instructions and install them. They are also a lot shorter than expected and the wires are hard to hide, but overall they worked well and were very bright.
