Very good! One chop was smaller in size than the other one but still a good deal for $5.00, Flavor was good and very little fat. Be sure not to overcook and use a thermometer!

The package is great and you can see through the meat inside. I am glad that it does not contain a lot of grease on the meat. It is also fresh. I fry with olive oil low medium fire for 15 minutes. It was delicious and my kid was thumbs up.
