Q: Hi can you please explain how to snap the marker clips in because I cannot figure it out.
A: Hello helpme, We are sorry to hear the marker clips are being tricky. They clip into the channel on the long edges of the frame. an image of the channel can be seen in the 4th product image online.
submitted byU Brands Team - 5 years agoBrand expertA: They snap in. Take the marker out of the clip first. Then position the clip where you would like it to be attached. Snap the clip onto the rail by pushing it very hard or it won't clip in.

Q: How so you attach the pens to the board so they are handy. I don't see a ledge nor a clip for the pens.
A: First the two dry erase pens come with mounting clips that clearly are not made to attach to this board unless you are a miracle worker. The instructions never mentioned the clips or how to mount them. I mounted them to the top of the board with some hot melt glue. They have been in place for months. Second, the mounting hardware that comes with the board does not actually mount the board to a wall. There are two plastic tabs that you nail to the wall but when trying to place the board on the tabs it is clear that the system doesn't work and the directions don't help.. It also included one piece of double sided tape for the bottom of the unit which I never used. I used four screws (my own from my junk box collection of hardware) to mount it using the four keyed mounting holes. I dabbed some white glue around each of the four holes then when I was satisfied with the alignment of the board on the wall I press it against the wall and carefully withdrew it. This left four 'glue' impressions on the wall. Now I only needed to mount a screw in the center of each impression. Then clean off the glue and mount away. The frame of the board started to come apart so I clamped the board while using some plastic epoxy to hold it together. The reason I recommend this board is because it erases the writing very cleanly even if I use a different dry erase pen. You would be surprised how many dry erase boards won't completely erase your message. The cork part and the magnets are another plus.

Q: PLEASE correct the description for Board. IT is NOT magnetic...and will NOT stick to refrig or other metal surface. There is a metal backing so that a magnet will stick to the surface, but the board is NOT magnetic at all.
A: Hi there, Thank you for your feedback. The surface of this board is magnetic, but does not include magnetic mounting. The 16"x20" Pin It Frame Board includes velcro tape for mounting. For a second mounting option, it also has keyholes on the back to be mounted with screws or nails.

Q: How much does this board weigh? Can I use command strips to hang it? Its for a college dorm.
A: Hi Connie, thank you for your inquiry. This board weighs 2.5 lbs and includes with adhesive velcro strips for wall mounting. Command strips may aid in the installation to a wall without requiring nails or hardware which would puncture the wall's surface.
