It's perfect for the idea I had in mind. I had one that was one the wall and this took up way less room. I haven't had any issues with wiping the marker off like some of the reviews so might just be certain ones.

I was so excited to use this white board to put on my fridge, but when I went to open it I noticed that in the upper right corner of the weekly plan board the first layer was peeling off. ( You couldn’t tell it was peeling from looking at it in the package because the to-do list was on top of it).

Like the other reviews mention, the black marker leaves behind a cast/doesn’t erase completely when using the attached eraser (or any other eraser/rag). I’ve found a “solution” to this has been wiping off the marker with a damp rag works. I’ve also tried using other colored markers, and they left behind un-erasable shadows, so that’s nice. I’ve got a green message forever stuck on my board now! I debated this purchase, and thought, maybe the other reviewers disgruntlement with the marks left behind by the marker were one offs, but it’s definitely just the board itself, so be warned. I do like the size, it fits perfectly where I wanted it, on the side of my fridge, and the size of the calendar boxes and “tasks” list fit our writing with dry erase markers.

I liked the aesthetic of this whiteboard BUT the marker does not erase easily and leaves residue that needs to be scrubbed off. After wiping the marker off though, when you go to write again the marker starts to erase. I first only used a paper towel to remove the marker and then had to use a wet paper towel. I completely dried the board and didn’t write on it again for a couple hours. When I went to write on the board however, the marker would disappear. I’ve tried other pens and those do the same thing. My guess is that it’s something both board itself?

Love this! Easy to stick. Easy to move. Perfect size. My family loves it and a couple of friends had to order it bc they loved it too. Only problem is the marker it comes with - the eraser on it leaves nasty black smudges instead of wearing. That’s the only issue. Other than that it’s an awesome price.

I was drawn to the checkered design in a neutral color. Though most of my kitchen area skews toward "millennial gray," this organizer offered a nice bit of contrast that really could be added anywhere in the home or workplace. The included marker does write very dark and will likely need to be wiped away with a spritz of water or liquid cleaner after erasing. You may consider opting for a finer marker to write with as it writes fairly thick and the spaces on the monthly and daily planners are small. The calendar is thin, and the corners of the one that I received are slightly bent due to the material being thin and its packaging. All that being said, it is cute, and I mainly purchased it because I like the pattern.
