U by Kotex Balance Ultra-Thin Heavy Pads with Wings - Unscented

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Usually, I use these on the second and third days, as those are my heaviest, and for the most part, they held up. Now, I don't know if these will work for people who have very heavy days, though. They are comfortable as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is very good. They are thin and super long. A problem I had during heavy flow was leakage during sleep. I move around a lot when I sleep so my pad shifted. This U by Kotex pad stays put due to its design. Wings are placed exactly where they wrap around the underwear. The backside has great coverage. They are comfortable to sleep in and protected my clothes well. I was very pleased. I will definitely keep these in stock at home for those heavy flow nights.

Not the same as the 2024 version. I preferred the old one. Odor absorption no longer works, claim has been removed from the box. Pads are flimsy now and bunch up when wearing.

I enjoyed how it didn’t feel like a sponge was stuck on to me but rather it was thin and absorbent! The moisture didn’t feel suffocating and I could wear it during the day as well.

If you need full coverage and extra protection, these definitely deliver. They’re super thin but still absorbent, and the wings help keep them in place. I appreciate that they’re unscented and feel soft, not plasticky. The length might be a bit much for some, but if you want peace of mind on heavy flow days, these are a solid choice.

And it's not very thick which I love. It's light and thin the air can gets in and it can breath not like other thick once difference brand.

I got this delivered as a gift. I asked for pantyliners to use with tampons. Leak control. I freaked out when the middle turned dark, like a heavy flow. I was like "this is not possible". They need a warning to prevent heart attacks.

I gave these to her to try and they completely changed her perspective. She said it was the thinnest, comfiest, and driest pad she’s ever used. She had no leaks with them either. I finally got her away from tampons. Kotex you did you thing with these!

These have been okay so and Ive been using this brand for a few months but recently I have come to hate them due to the adhesive used on the wings it has gotten so stuck on a few pairs of my panties that i have had to throw them out, im surprised there isn’t a lawsuit bc on my end im highly annoyed of how sticky the wings are they will ruin your underwear so be aware.

We like the wings how they stay in place, and it absorbs alot. I havmt had any problems with leaks at all and I am on the heavier side of bleeding.

I’ve tried a lot of the products and been disappointed. No longer. This product is just right.it comes with support wings. Some pads I've used were either rough or itchy, however, these are smooth and soft! It doesn't create any irritations or rashes and feels comfortable at night as well.
