UAG Apple iPad Mini 6th Generation Metropolis SE

Case itself seems sturdy and provides good protection. The edges around the on/off button are too high, making it difficult to sign in via Touch ID.

I already used a UAG case on my iPad and I love it. When my wife's old iPad mini cover fell apart we got her a UAG case to replace it.

Fantastic case providing great protection for my iPad Mini 6. As with the other reviews, unlocking it with Touch ID is not easy.

Bought this after a good experience with another UAG case for a previous iPad. Seems to be sturdily built, but time will tell.

When waking up the the iPad mini 6 it’s hard because of the rubber around the power button a defective build I don’t recommend it

It’s a good case but I wish it had two features. The flap could come off for use without it and the rubber around the Touch ID is too high on one side which takes some special finger placement to read your finger.

Very nice case for the new mini 6th generation. Protects well, turns iPad on and off when opening and closing. Fits iPad snugly with provisions for an Apple Pencil. My wife has one and has minor problems making Touch ID work though I do not but her fingers are smaller. Over all a well made very functional case. Only downside is limited color choice. Any color you want as long as it’s blue or black. Other than that I can’t find any fault with it.

Good protection.. Does feel slightly bulky for an 8 inch tab

Great product. But I wish they had a version without the pencil holder for those of us who want a more compact package. Also, I took away a star because the cutouts for the finger id and volume controls are too small for my chubby fingers. I used my xacto knife to trim the excess. Must have been designed by a petite person! That said, I have had other UA covers and always will!

I loved the fact that he announced the case for the ipad mini 6 earlier than anywhere else. And the rigidity of the actual product was excellent, so I was able to take it out with confidence. Moreover, the case of the film floated when I pasted it last time, but this time the film fits perfectly with the case. The movement of the fingers was smooth, it was hard to get dirty, and it was easy to apply. As a future issue, I would be grateful if you could reduce the reflection.

This case offers more protection than most cases without being overly heavy. The magnetic holder for the pencil is 100% secure as long as the case is closed with the latch in place. The pencil can potentially be loosened and fall out when the case is not latched.

I upgraded from a mini 5 to the mini 6. I had the same UAG case for the 5. Comparing this case to that it is a lot bulkier. It is also difficult to get access to the home/fingerprint scanner to unlock the iPad due to the design of the case. I ended up having to use a box cutter to trim the edge of the case to give my finger more space to access the button. I also don't use and won't use an apple pencil so having the notched out latch will forever annoy me. I wish there was an option to not have the notch.

The on/off button on the iPad is obscured by the case so the fingerprint reader can’t make contact with your finger. Had to trim with scalpel
