[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The cover fell off along with my cards. Luckily, I was able to recover them. I glued the cover back to the case. Aside from that, the texture is nice and the case itself is good.

After buying many metropolis cases for iPads and iPhones in the past I eagerly bought the new one for my 12 pro and when I revived it I was greatly disappointed right out of the box. There is no way to keep the cover closed as with every previous model. Having had it for a while now I can say that the bumper protection is as good ass ever but the thing always falls with the flap open and almost always face down!!! The quality of the outside material on the flap sucks!! If I had a chance to get my money back I would have!! All of my older devices that still have their previous design are still in great shape and I have no problems with them at all. It you make a significant design change like that you should be responsible and point it out to repeat customers that expect the same features with their new purchase

This case is amazing! Almost indestructible however it is difficult sometimes for it to recognize when your typing something and I have to press harder on some keys for the phone to recognize.

Best cases made by far. Before I started using urban armor I was lucky to get 6 months out of a smart phone. Now 4 years and still going. Just traded up to iPhone 12pro max. Didn't leave the house with it without the new case!
