The new case was arreived at local custom in Thailand but i need to go to pick it up by myselves in order to pay the import fee at the custom. Unforturnately, the local custom is located too far from our place (1.5 hrs drive) therefore we refused and did not go to get thd new case at the local custom.

Needless to say, The quality of UAG is the perfect. but the problem is the delivery. Because your partner logistics company missed my contact number on the pack of product. So Post office in Vietnam cannot contact me before shipping. So it almost did return to Hong Kong if I didn't go to the branch of post office. Hope other customers not to get such a silly case.

This case does well with absorbing impact but having it on will not allow you to use wireless battery charging power share, and even some pay with your phone features

Worst phone case I ever brought it sits in my dresser because It has no grip on the back of the case and it can easily side on any counter I use to buy uag phone case all the time but I will never buy one again.
