Just received this yesterday and cooked eggs for 10 minutes but they wound up soft boiled even though the instructions said they would be hard boiled. Will be trying again but had to submit proof of reviewing product to activate the 3 month warranty.

Are there chemical warnings because it’s plastic? The other plastic egg cookers on her have chemical cancer warnings***

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is literally so efficient, i hate boiling eggs and this made it so easy it doesn’t feel like a task. Very safe and easy to clean. It doesn’t get too hot and my eggs are done in like 10 minutes. No boiling water or anything. You can pick how you want them to I made mine soft boiled and they were perfect!

I have used it several times and I am impressed! It is lightweight, small, and easy to use and clean. The included small cup measure allows you to customize the doneness of your eggs - whether you prefer them soft, medium, or hard. I personally like mine medium, and it cooked perfectly every time and was easy to peel. I love this egg cooker and highly recommend it!

I was absolutely thrilled to have this in my house. You can make boiled eggs without the pan and water. It’s quick, efficient, reliant and predictable. No guessing how much longer it will take to get the eggs perfect every time. Is is five min? Six min? Doesn’t matter because I don’t have to time it anymore. You just put water at the base according to how “done” you want your eggs and the out the lid on and forget it. The machine shuts off when it’s done and you have perfection every single time. If you don’t believe me check out my picture. Go get it!!! It’s a staple item.

The only thing is I have to keep an eye because the water has burned a couple of times, but that doesn’t change the taste of the eggs and the product is easy to clean.

I use fresh farm eggs and I was so scared using the poker tool the first time BUT no eggs have cracked open on me *knock on wood* I’ve used this 4 or 5 times and make about 4 boiled eggs each time & they’re always just the way I want them, not over cooked nor under cooked but just right! It says you can use it for other things but I’ve yet to do so. Follow the directions and you’ll be good to go!
