Idk why I've been sleeping on the Ulta beauty line but wow, this lip liner literally doesn't move!!! Will be buying this is as many shades as I can get

I have had this for less than a month and it is already used up. I use it only once a day but the end breaks every time it is used. Very disappointed.

It is the perfect mauve color!

This precision lip pencil is long lasting and comes in a large variety of colors. It is a self sharpening pencil. I chose a neutral color, but will be back for spring and summer colors. Lip pencil and lip gloss and I'm out of the door. I would definitely recommend this product.

I prefer retractable lip pencils and they are difficult to find. Ulta Beauty makes them so I am glad. Wish they came in more colors and that the stores would keep more in stock. They are frequently out!

This was my go-to lip liner for years - but it is not the priduct it used to be! Breaks off easily, defective twist mechanisms, mych less quantity.

I think they reformulated as well as changed the packaging. The new formula is way better, goes on smoothly and isn't as dried out as the old version. The black liner in the photo is the old version. The Beige shade is the perfect nude

Love the shade range but of the three different shades I bought, one shade came defective (twist up mechanism broken and product dried up, and I picked up two of this shade, they were both broken, different packaging on this shade, and the second shade I bought melts and breaks every time I use it. The third shade works great but I'm not about to gamble on defective products again.

Smudges kinda easily & found myself reapplying at least twice through the night. Garnet is a beautiful deeper red.

I went to ulta in search of the perfect dark red shade that wasnt purple- the Color Garnet was perfect! Unfortunately, when i got home and opened the shrink-wrapped package, I noticed that the pencil packaging was curved. When I got the lid off, the ferrel was almost greasey, and the pencil itself was super dried out. I figured I might be able to make it work, based off a hand swatch, but trying to apply it to my lips resulted in almost no color- plus it is dried so it is kind of rolling around in the barrel, making what little color did come off uneven. I dont usually return things but this is going back. For the record, I've purchased another colir from this line that I love and hasnt had any issues with drying iut in the months that I've had it.

I am not pleased with this lip liner because it has a waxy effect which does not allow a fine lining of the lips before putting on the lipstick; i.e. it defeats its purpose -- unusable.
