I keep the lemonade as a base, if I want a different flavor I leave the scoop a little empty and fill it to the top with a packet of another flavor. Nice little change up to taste but keeps the integrity of the scoop amount.

Love it so far. I’m picky about lemonade and I really like this one. I use about 12-14oz of water and it mixes up nice. Doesn’t upset my stomach at all. Refreshing during my workouts and runs. Bonus it comes with the scooper.

I absolutely love the lemonade electrolyte flavor. I've tried other brands one because I wanted potassium citrate but I did not like the flavor of it like I do the u l t i m a electrolyte. It is really delicious mixed with wheatgrass the lemonade flavor.

This product has been a welcome subsitution. I've been using it for about a month. I just had my 1st InBody scan since I began using this in my water. My results show excellent hydration! I also love the Crave Killer. It works well to suppress appetite, especially in the evening when I most want to snack.
