I buy these as a staple for my home. They have torn on occassion, but I believe that may be that we overstuffed, or had sharp items. The scent is not very strong, so if youre buying for that dont bother. This is why I took at star off. I definitely buy these all the time though despite that for the price. Not sure it would work for someone that has to walk a long ways to go to the trash though.
