Umbra 16.5gal Venti Can

I returned the trash can, because it was bigger than we wanted. I returned it, but now I’m getting emails saying we are late on the payments. We returned it two weeks ago.

This was a second one. The first one is still doing great for a couple of years.

Sleek looka dn is functional. It almost is an art piece in the office space.

So I was looking for 3 trash cans for my new house. One for general waste, one for recyclable, and the other for cans and bottles. I really like Umbra's trash bin when I saw it on the website, great design, big enough size and more importantly affordable price. But I decided to buy only one at this time just to make sure the actual product is as nice as the one that I saw on the website. When it was delivered I was really disappointed because there was a big hole in the package box in the bin inside was broken. It looked like it happened during the delivery but I decided to just give a call to Umbra Customer Service anyway. The customer service person was really kind and she said they were going to send me a new one without asking further questions. I knew I deserved this but it’s a whole different story when it comes to getting something I deserve these days from companies(I am fighting my insurance companies on a claim and they are horrible). So I decided to just buy 2 more(thankfully the come in 3 different colors and all of them look stunning) and now my wife loves how they fit in my new house. Happy wife, happy husband and I am very grateful for Umbra.

Exactly what we needed to fit our green bottle return recycling bag without having to take the top off all of the time. I love how the top “captures” the bag. Excellent quality and color.

It’s a beautiful garbage can however o didn’t realize it was plastic. Probably for the best because it would be super heavy if it wasn’t. I’m glad I got it!

It's way better than automated trash can, price is very reasonable.

I purchased several of these trash cans. Gave 2 for gifts. The look good but they are too light weight and the middle piece (the strip is unnecessary). The trash can should be revamped because it is a good ideal to be a little heavier and make the strip apart of the top. It should be a two part trash can and not 3 part.

I bought this can 6 years ago and the same thing happened with the finish on the lid. It looks terrible and you cant find a replacement for it

Ive ben an Umbra design fan for many years so I was pleased to see this after my go to SimpleHuman can more than doubled in price overnight. It looks great and is a good size. But be aware that it is very thin plastic and flimsy. I hope they will last a couple of years at least in our vacation rentals.

I receive so many compliments about the color and design.

I use this elegant light bin for recycling, so I don’t have to travel stairs to the ugly blue bin constantly. Great buy!
