The wall hook was installed in the new basement bathroom to hang the bath towels up. There was not enough wall space to install a towel bar and the five wall hook is the perfect solution. The low profile of it also made it possible to install it on the wall that the shower door swings against.

They neglected to design this to fit to the studs in the wall. Mounting holes are 19" apart and studs are 16" standard. Very poor design to have a coat rack installed only to drywall. Filling up all 5 hooks, or having normal coat/backpack weight on the rack, is a huge risk to tearing holes in wall. Why is this a product and why is it not labelled that it does not fit to studs? The rack looks nice but is not safe or functional for these reasons.

We bought this item a little less than a month ago. The installation was pretty easy and we love the minimalist look of the item. Our entrance is not that big so the fact that the item is pretty simple and small makes it fit perfectly in our home.
