Just what I was looking for. Reserving five stars until I can see how it will hold up long term. I could see the finish scratching or rubbing off with long term use - but it’s hard to say as they’ve only been up for a couple of weeks.

This is the third home I've installed these hooks in, a total of eight hooks so far with probably 2 more to be purchased. This shipment did not come with the mounting screws.

This is our second Flip—the first was damaged in a fire—and we ordered a replacement without a second thought. It’s classy, functional, and convenient. My only complaint is that it can be a challenge to hang unless studs are right where you need them. Use sturdy drywall hangers and measure carefully if they’re not!

Looks like I received a returned product. There were scratches, dents and chips in the black paint and it didn’t come with a paper ruler for installation. Had to use black permanent marker to fill in the chipped areas.

Great design, well-constructed. We had installed one several years ago and just added a second one for hats. The finish was very consistent even though we bought them years apart.
