Description
Help out your local birds by providing them with safe materials for their nests! Within the design, we have provided a sturdy wire grid filled with organic cotton for starter material. Once the organic cotton has all been used by birds to build their nests, you can easily refill it with the nesting materials of your choice. Simply slide the wooden lid up the hanging cord and drop the nest material into the cage! After you’re finished refilling, slide the lid back down and hang the nest material holder box back up at your desired location. Approved nesting materials for birds are grass clippings, leaves, twigs, feathers, pine needles and more.
TIP: To attract hummingbirds specifically, we recommend that you place your nest material dispenser near a hummingbird feeder.
