This is a very nice support belt, however it only gets 3 stars because there’s no sizing information. The belt runs very small. I’m a medium in clothing, so I ordered a medium. There’s a one inch gap, and I will need to return it as it won’t fasten. If you are thinking of ordering this item size up one size
