We suggest using one separate relay wiring kit for each fan. 3. Specification: Condition: New; Length of wire: 50±3cm / 19.68±1.9in; Material: Metal and Plastic; Package Include:1x Wiring diagram, 2x 40A relay with wiring harness, 1x 185'F on-175'F off temperature switch 1x 3/8" , Thread-In Probe 1x 3/8" to 1/2" adapter, 2x Inline fuse holder, 2x 20 amp fuse, 8x Ring terminals, 4x Fan pigtail connectors. 4. How to use: Connect the color-coded wires, refer wiring diagram on package.Red-to +12VDC, Brrown-to Fan Positive, Black-to Ignition, Grey-to Sending Unit. Want to install a/c to your hot rod or operate thermostatic switch when a/c ON? Choose this Electric Fan Relay Kit. Only a few minutes to install and your cooling fans will come on when the engine reaches the preset temperature of the thermostatic switch mounted in the engine head or when the a/c is turned on.Will this cable longer enough to install?The length of cable is 50cm±3cm, it will suitable for you to install it near or far from engine.

Please ensure the inlet voltage is under or equal 12V, avoid excessive voltage to blow the fuse or cables.The thermostat supplied with this kit is OE style to mount in the cylinder head of the engine or any water jacket. Do not use tape on the sensor for may cause poor electrical contact or incorrect temperature readings.You can crimp bigger wires to it If you intend to mount high-profile cooling fans. The 14AWG wires (15 amps) are not bigger enough for high amps draw 12 Gauge - 20Amps, 10 Gauge - 30Amps, 8 Gauge - 40 Amps.
