Q: Placemats won't lay flat due to how they were packaged. Each placemat was folded in half and folded again. How do I get the folds out?

A: Thank you for your feedback regarding the placemats. We understand that the way they were packaged can cause unwanted folds. To help eliminate the creases, we recommend the following steps: 1. Unfold the placemats and lay them flat on a clean, dry surface. 2. If possible, gently stretch the placemats in the opposite direction of the folds to help smooth them out. 3. You can also use a warm iron on a low setting. Place a thin cloth over the placemat and lightly press the iron, making sure not to leave it in one spot for too long. 4. Another option is to lightly mist the placemats with water and then lay them flat to air dry, which may help relax the fabric. We appreciate your patience and hope these tips help!
