This is not a decal, it's a sticker. It's somewhat difficult to work with but I have experience so wasn't as bad as it could be if you're not used to working with these. The stickers are lifting and my usually trick of using clear Elmer's glue to keep these from lifting isn't working. I submitted a return request and was given a full refund without having to return it, which is good and keeps me from another hassle.
