You can also reduce or remove creasing by rolling the rug, pattern side up, and massaging the creases with your hands. The backing will loosen to help the rug lay flat. For the stubborn creases, flip the rug over and place a damp towel over the crease. Use the synthetic setting, and iron the damp towel; this should remove the crease.

There are many positive reviews for this rug. My experience is different. The rug I received looks old, worn out and a shabby turquoise color (not a deep aqua as described). Disappointing but hey, you can't win'em all. Most things I purchase at Target are great.

Rug arrived with dirt all over the underside. Called Target and was told there was nothing they could do. Target should take more accountability since these 3rd party sellers are selling on the Target platform. Buyer Beware.

I am renting a house and since I have dogs, I purchased 2 of these rugs for a living room which is 20x13. The 10x13 rugs fit perfectly. I placed them over the existing rug so that my dogs would not destroy the landlords rug w muddy feet. If I was placing these on a smooth surface, I would have purchased the anti-slip mats - but since placed over carpet - they didnt need that extra stability. The Retro look of the shag is a fun way to bring some funk back into the room. Actually having received the rugs - I wish I had picked a funkier color - the gray complements the curtains but my furniture is so dark a bright color might have been fun too. As for the quality. They are on the thinner side and I have to set my vacuum on the light setting so the brush doesn't tangle the shag - but I am quite satisfied with the quality and feel. I did not experience any of the odor issues or fold/crease issues I saw on other reviews. Delivery was quick - the rugs were well wrapped in heavy plastic.

This was a fantastic rug for my oldest sons room, the price was very good but I wish the carpet was more plush. But it is almost like a shag rug so I don’t think that’s possible. I would purchase this again

Bought the 10x14 rug. It is huge. Fits in the family room perfect. it is thick and feels good under the feet. I would recommend. Also, very fast shipment.

We LOVE this rug. It’s not crazy soft or anything, but it covers the entire space we were needing to cover for a GREAT price. We have 3 babies and 2 dogs, so having a rug that I can cheaply replace in a year or so was my number 1 priority. It met all of my expectations and I am in love with rugs.com!
