You can also reduce or remove creasing by rolling the rug, pattern side up, and massaging the creases with your hands. The backing will loosen to help the rug lay flat. For the stubborn creases, flip the rug over and place a damp towel over the crease. Use the synthetic setting, and iron the damp towel; this should remove the crease.

There are many positive reviews for this rug. My experience is different. The rug I received looks old, worn out and a shabby turquoise color (not a deep aqua as described). Disappointing but hey, you can't win'em all. Most things I purchase at Target are great.

I purchased this rug a couple weeks ago and it was delivered yesterday, surprisingly fast given the holiday and new year. I rolled it out and it’s perfect! Obviously time will need to go by for the crinkles to smooth out but the shag popped up after running my hands through it. Awesome buy!

We purchased a 10x13 and (2) 2.5x13 runners in this shag rug style. We LOVE them! They are great quality and the best value we found after researching a bunch of different vendors. We are using them to protect our hardwood floors and give our pups some grip. They love them too!
