For the stubborn creases, flip the rug over and place a damp towel over the crease. Use the synthetic setting, and iron the damp towel; this should remove the crease.

There are many positive reviews for this rug. My experience is different. The rug I received looks old, worn out and a shabby turquoise color (not a deep aqua as described). Disappointing but hey, you can't win'em all. Most things I purchase at Target are great.

Not the greatest quality, when one looks closely at the rug. The individual fibers are spread thinly across the surface. Nevertheless, from a standing height, the shag rug looks fine. We'll have to see how it holds up. My son is perfectly happy with it. And...what did you expect for this incredible price? More than satisfied.
