Every experience I've had with rugs.com over the years has been extremely positive - and the quality of their rugs and service never disappoint. In fact, I would have to say they definitely rank to be one of the best companies I've ever done business with. All the rugs I have ordered have arrived promptly, are extremely well packaged and true to how they are shown, ie: color and quality. I recently had to return a few rugs as they did not work in the spaces I'd hoped to put them in. Their return policy and ease and suggested manner of how to prepare them for shipping was effortless. Doing so required a few phone calls to them, and both representatives I spoke with could not have been more caring and accommodating. (Major kudos to your customer service team!) In this day and age when quality and service seems to leave much to be desired, it is like a big breath of fresh air to do business with such a competent company, who obviously prides themselves with providing the best customer service possible. This is the first time that I have ordered a rug online and I was nervous that it would not match the photos that I saw advertised. It arrived quickly and I could have saved time worrying... it was exactly what I wanted and hoped it would be. It fits perfectly into our small "sun room" and the accent colors look great with the patio furniture and plants. I will definitely look into another rug from this company. Great price, fast shipment, good quality.
