Why would you ship a large rug folded in half and then quarters???? Any large rug should be rolled to ship! So disappointed in all the extra work to make this rug flat and it’s still not flat. Would NOT recommend!

I am so upset about this purchase! The rug arrived folded so it had lots of waves when I unfolded it! I was hopeful the waves would come down eventually so I didn’t return it! Now 5 month in and nothing changed! I tried all the tricks possible to make it lay flat with no success! And the exchange window is of course closed. Besides being wavy it is also not the same length on both sides! The only way to resolve this issue is to buy another rug!

I bought this rug about a month ago in the 8X10 size. I was a little concerned when it arrived because it had been rolled and then folded and the creases in the rug were seriously deep. But, since I'd been looking for a rug for two years and the rug pad also hadn't arrived yet, I had plenty of time to leave it alone and let in settle in my home office (currently empty because I'm in the process of giving it a face lift) for a week or so. While it was in there, I also took the time to give it several layers of spill and stain proofing, which has already come in handy. By the time the rug pad arrived, it had settled smoothly and the creases and curved up bits had all disappeared. To the rug itself: the color is beautiful. As with every rug, it varies in shading and pattern, which may throw some people off but I expected it. It wasn't impossible to move around. If you've ever bought one of those really cheap rugs for $25 at Target or Walmart, dorm room and first apartment specials, you know how they feel. While this isn't a real wool rug, it's a synthetic weave, it still feels miles away better than the cheap basically plastic rug we had for our first apartment together. I love looking at this rug. I love walking on it. I love how it sits in my living room and how it brought the space together. I also appreciate that it hides a good chunk of my ugly tile floors which we are planning to change next year.

I purchased this to put in my living room. It flattened out as promised and it just looks great! I have been told I have a beach bohemian look. Lots of this blue/turquoise and orange. It is really perfect. Quality is great. It surprised me to see it was shipped from my hometown of Fort Mill, SC!

Ordered this rug on Monday, May 11th and received it on Friday the 15th. I ordered the 8’10” for my living room. Was slightly nervous because some reviews that I read said that the creases from the rug being shipped folded were hard to get out. The rug did come folded and not rolled but after a day of sitting folded in the opposite direction it unfolded with barely and creases left showing. The photos I’m adding show how it laid out. The color was exactly as shown on the website, maybe even a little bit darker in some spots than expected but I was actually happier that it was the way it came. 10/10 would purchase a rug again from the same company. Currently waiting on the 2’2”x3’ rug to come for in front of the door but Covid and UPS aren’t working as well together as Covid and FedEx are.

First, I wanted to say that I did not thing that the rug that was delivered was the size that I ordered (8x10) because the package was only 4' long and did not look big enough to fit the 8x10 rug. So, I called customer service and they stated that the rug is folded and the package holds the correct size - and it did! The customer service agent shared that they receive at least 3 calls a day where people are concerned that the package is not big enough to hold the rug size that they ordered! NOW...on to my excellent tip: If you happen to have a clothing steamer, it works wonders on getting the bumps out of your new rug! A steam cleaner pushes steam into the fibers of the rug. The fibers will absorb the moisture, helping them to return to their normal shape. A professional steam cleaner can do the trick. If you have a steam cleaner at home, carefully test a corner of the rug to make sure the colors don’t run. Then run the steamer over the rippled part of the carpet several times until the fibers loosen up and lie down flat.

I purchased this less than a month ago. It arrived very fast. And is great quality!
