You can also reduce or remove creasing by rolling the rug, pattern side up, and massaging the creases with your hands. The backing will loosen to help the rug lay flat. For the stubborn creases, flip the rug over and place a damp towel over the crease. Use the synthetic setting, and iron the damp towel; this should remove the crease.

We bought a new rug for our family room to make it cozier since we have wood floors. The rug came quickly and was nicer than I expected. It’s a nice neutral color and is really soft. I was a little nervous when my husband said to get the shag one, but it looks great!

There are many positive reviews for this rug. My experience is different. The rug I received looks old, worn out and a shabby turquoise color (not a deep aqua as described). Disappointing but hey, you can't win'em all. Most things I purchase at Target are great.

We’ve had it for a month now and it’s perfect. No weird smell, came folded and easy for me to bring in the house since we ordered the 9x13. I was apprehensive to order a rug with such a big pile because we have an Australian shepherd; I usually vacuum every other day or every three days. BUT, I love, love this rug. We have a pad under it and I lay on the floor all the time. Highly recommend it and it’s a great price. Thanks, Rugs.com!
