This is a lovely rug, fairly deep and quite soft (especially with a good pad), that warms up my living space both visually and physically. The many colors can really change their appearance depending on the light in the room, but it's always pretty! The square shape is good for marking off an area of an open floor plan. The price was excellent, especially given the quality. I'm very happy with my purchase.

The colors online are much more vibrant. I just received this Alexis rug and my husband assumed it was upside down. Looks like it's been in the sun for 50 years to unevenly bleach out the color. Disappointing.

We have a room with large art works - lots of color. This rug was perfect to match the vibe of the room without fighting with the art and furnishings. Odd but true, because the colors are distinct and definitely not faded. Also interesting that it's characterized as "peach" because to me that's not the actual color.
