Unique Loom Braided Chindi Collection Area Rug - Layer

I thought it would look like the picture, it really doesn’t, it’s very cheaply made and edges are not straight like the picture shows!

Bought this braided rug in grey and white for a low traffic area about 3 weeks ago. It is the look I wanted, looks nice, lays flat. The quality is not the greatest - uneven thickness, a few loose ends, but overall it works. Service from this company was excellent, rug came rolled.

The rug took longer to get here then they said it would. once here i was very pleased with the look of the rug perfect for our front porch. The carpet pad was ahead of schedule. I will order from this company again.

First I need to give a shout out to Aspen in customer service! She was exceptional at handling the questions and concerns I had surrounding the product I received. While the rug was the right size there were a number of imperfections surrounding stitching, and mostly random dye and paint (red and orange) on the material that was braided causing the finished product to be less that desirable. They reviewed the pictures I attached to my claim and agreed that while there will be deviation from a solid color, gray, white, blue, brown etc, the red and orange were out of the range of acceptable QC. They agreed to send us new rug at no charge and gave us the freedom to donate the existing rug we received which could be an amazing gift for someone. Exceeded all expectations and would recommend to all my friends.
