We have had this rug for two months and have to throw it out. The area in front of my husband's recliner is completely matted down and can't be brought back. It is very noticeable and looks terrible. Regret this purchase!

This rug is terrible! We had it for 6 months before it started to matt together. You can't vacuum it because the shag is too high. What a mess. I don't recommend it at all. A waste of money. It is soft though, that's the only good thing I can say.

At first glance I was not happy it looked thin and stringy. Even when we put it down I was unsure. However once we put the padding down and opened up it is actually a really nice fluffy rug! Hard to vacuum but so soft it is a keeper!

This rug is so soft and looks great! I had a horrible experience with the first rug getting to me, I almost didn’t want to order again. I went ahead and did bc hey, things happen right. It wouldn’t happen twice in a row and to me. Well, it did! FEDEX failed to delivered. I went a FedEx distribution center and picked up my own package (rug) which was already 3 days late! WOW! Good thing I didn’t pay for shipping. I would recommend this to a friend however I would tell them to give at least a week longer for shipping and be prepared to go pick it up from FedEx themselves. So sad that a lot of people use FedEx and their service keeps going downhill.

This is the 2nd Rug we have purchased and Love it! The first one is round and is in our entry way. This one is placed under our master bed. It’s so soft and has a great pile. It vacuums up very nicely.
