I would have given this 5 stars but when I received the rug it was folded instead of rolled up which caused huge creases so it would not lay flat. I tried to get them out but I live alone and working with a 9x12 rug is not easy. You have to roll it reverse meaning I had to put it upside down so I gave up. It's a beautiful soft rug and it's not as light as in the pics which is better for me bc I have a dog.

This was my first time purchasing a rug online. After visiting several big box stores and not finding anything that really stood out for my taste. I operated purely off of the colors of the rug displayed online in order to match the paint colors used in my home.
