Just a beautiful rug and reasonably priced. Customer service was excellent, shipping was very quick, and the rug was wrapped very well. I ordered a rug from another company on the same day and it arrived 5 days later with terrible packaging.

I bought three of these runners to install down my staircase. The colors are nice and bright and clean looking (not muddy). I got the ivory one. It is beautiful, thick and dense. The stairwell is now gorgeous! So happy with it, and all done for just over $100 per 13' runner!
