I bought an expensive oriental stair runner that clashed with the other rugs in the room a returned it and bought a very inexpensive runner instead. I’m very happy with the rug I have now and the person that helped me on the phone was so kind and courteous. I will be purchasing all of my future rugs with rugs.com.
